Cavalier Incorporated is hiring a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate to join our growing Verizon FiOS team. If you're looking for an opportunity to build valuable sales and customer service experience while working with a supportive team, this is a great place to start your career. This is an in- person, customer-facing sales role where you'll meet directly with residential customers, introduce Verizon FiOS internet services, answer questions, and help customers choose the services that best fit their household needs. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to confidently represent Verizon FiOS products. No previous telecommunications experience is required. The Customer Enrollment Associate will then engage with our customers in person, explaining how Verizon FiOS internet can improve everyday connectivity for streaming, gaming, remote work, and more.

Responsibilities

of the Customer Enrollment Associate

• Guide customers in person through Verizon Fios internet and TV offerings by assessing their household needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Recommend Verizon FiOS internet and TV packages based on each customer's needs and budget as a Customer Enrollment Associate.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and a consultative sales approach.
• Explain fiber-optic internet advantages, including consistent performance and support for multiple simultaneous users, in customer-friendly language.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement and sales recommendations.
• Assist with service enrollments, package selection discussions, and onboarding activities that enhance the customer experience as a Customer Enrollment Associate.

Qualifications

of the Customer Enrollment Associate

• Interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions throughout the day.
• Comfort discussing FiOS advantages in a relatable, nontechnical way. Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
