Our Sacramento team is growing and we're looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate who's excited to build real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales. This is an entry-level, full-time position designed for individuals who want to develop professional skills while working alongside a motivated and supportive team. Our company specializes in face-to-face marketing and customer outreach campaigns for nationally recognized home improvement brands , helping connect customers with solutions they didn't know they needed.

What You'll Do

• Represent marketing campaigns for well-known brands
• Engage with customers and provide product information
• Assist with lead generation and brand promotions
• Work closely with team leaders on daily marketing initiatives
• Learn the fundamentals of customer acquisition and sales strategy What We're Looking For
