• Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
• Managing and growing key accounts while responding to RFPs and sales inquiries.
• Conducting site tours and presenting the property to potential clients.
• Negotiating group, corporate, and event contracts to maximize revenue.
• Partnering with Revenue Management and Operations to optimize rates and availability.
• Tracking sales activity, forecasting performance, and monitoring market trends.

Who You Are

• Experienced in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.
• A confident communicator and negotiator who builds trust quickly.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
• Guest-focused, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM, PMS, and standard office technology. Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
