Responsibilities

:

• Guide customers through the entire process, from consultation to installation and follow-up satisfaction.
• Work face-to-face with customers delivering expert recommendations and support.
• Build and manage customer accounts by engaging in conversations that uncover service needs.
• Train alongside experienced Entry Level Sales Representatives to become well-versed in Verizon's offerings and service systems.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Quick adaptability with new technology and systems to accurately input and track customer information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in handling challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of wireless, internet, or telecom services is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
