In this role, you'll meet with customers, educate them on available products and promotions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. As an AT&T; Sales Agent, you'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences by helping individuals stay connected through industry-leading telecommunications products and services. You'll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, and consultative sales while working in an energetic and team-oriented environment. No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship because we believe some of the best candidates come from retail, hospitality, restaurant, and customer service backgrounds where strong people skills and a positive attitude make all the difference.

Responsibilities

of the AT &T; Sales Agent:

• Engage with customers and create a positive, welcoming experience
• Educate customers in person on AT&T; products, services, and current promotions
• Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
• Assist with new enrollments, account upgrades, and service options
• Build lasting customer relationships and answer questions effectively
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up as needed
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs AT &T; Sales Agent
