• On-site only in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available. If you're great on the phone and want a steady schedule with real earning potential, this role is for you. We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team. You'll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling. Build your career and earn more over time. For team members who want more and consistently meet or exceed appointment goals, there is a defined path into positions with expanded responsibilities and higher earning potential. • Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning
• Schedule appointments using a proven script
• Bring a friendly, professional phone presence
• Keep accurate notes in our system

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience
• Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing
• Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to work on-site
