INTERNET MANAGER Come join the Franklin Ford family! The Internet Manager's primary focus will be setting appointment and follow up with internet leads along with hiring, coaching and training BDC agents as well as coaching and training Product Specialist in selling tactics and strategies for Internet prospects which typically requires great phone skills.

Responsibilities

: Answer customer inquiries and follow-up on leads via call, text, and email Manage and track all leads Ensure all leads are followed up within a timely manner Recruit, Train, and Hire new BDC representatives Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies Greet customers upon arrival to the lot and guide prospects through the sales process Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership's goals

Qualifications

: Friendly personality, especially while handling objections Persistent, competitive and possesses a strong work ethic Strong interpersonal and communications skills in person and over the phone Proven sales and customer service ability particularly in business development or automotive sales Ability to lead and direct a team
