We're hiring a confident, driven Door-to-Door Marketer to generate leads and book estimate appointments onto our sales schedule. This is a performance-based role built for someone who wants their paycheck to reflect their effort. You control your income here the more doors you knock and the better your conversations, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors in local neighborhoods to find homeowners ready to paint.
• Start real conversations and offer free, no-obligation estimates.
• Compete with yourself weekly track and beat your numbers.
• Represent Kranenburg Painting with professionalism, confidence, and energy at every door. What Makes You a Fit
• At least 1 year of sales experience door-to-door strongly preferred. This is a requirement , not a nice-to-have.
• Energetic, confident, and competitive personality.
• Goal-oriented and coachable.
• Reliable transportation; available evenings and weekends when homeowners are home.
• Comfortable with rejection a 'no' just means you're closer to the next 'yes.'

Compensation

• $18.00/hour base pay, plus commission (structure finalized at offer).
• Performance-based pay on-target earnings of $35$50/hour for consistently active reps.
