Job Summary

DelightMore, Events to Remember, is a premiere event management organization serving clients in the Tri-State area, with a central office in Norwood, OH. Looking for a full-time position where you can work with people and make a difference? As the Receptionist at DelightMore, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and guests while helping keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas.
• Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phones, copiers, computers, and other office technology.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Monitor and replenish office and reception supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and phone records.
• Provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks as needed.
• Be flexible and willing to support other departments and service areas when needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with CRM a plus

• 6+months in a similar role
