Responsibilities

: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of property management - Perform clerical tasks such as transcribing, filing, and data entry - Provide excellent customer support to tenants and property owners - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - Maintain organized records and files - Assist with lease agreements and tenant communications - Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner -Attend and help with minutes of Board of Director mtgs quartlerly and annually some night hours and Saturday hours required. - Respond daily to all communications incoming and outgoing to homeowners and vendors -reach out to vendors for Associations Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Excellent customer service skills to provide support to tenants and property owners - Experience in clerical work, such as data entry and file management and accounting knowledge - Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members - Proficiency in computerized systems for property management tasks - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transcribing and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
