Overview

We just opened a new office in Plainville CT and are looking for an experienced roofing sales manager to run this location for us. Our focus is insurance restoration work and we do all types of roofing, gutters, fascia, soffit and siding. We are looking for a person who can drive sales, hire quality sales people, and support them in all aspects of the sales process.

Duties

• Hire and train new sales people.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management on team performance.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of roof sales experience within residential roofing sector.
• Prior management experience not a requirement, but beneficial.
• Have ability to go out into the field, meet with homeowners and get on roofs so as to be able to train new hires.
• Need to be able to use basic computer programs and Company's CRM.
• Must be organized and have effective time management sills
• Must be a positive person who can contribute to our culture of success and fellowship. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
