Front Desk Associate Healthcare Clinic Turning Point Chiropractic | Honolulu, HI Location: 1144 10th Ave Ste 201, Honolulu, HI 96816 Pay: $17 $24 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Turning Point Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients , helping create a welcoming experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Process payments and provide receipts for services
• Enter charges and assist with insurance documentation
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups
• Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding appointments and billing
• Maintain accurate patient records in clinic systems
• Assist with patient check-out and ensure a smooth visit experience
• Respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Has strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Is comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and data entry
• Pays close attention to detail and stays task-focused Schedule
• 3.5 day workweek
• 12-hour weekday shifts (with two-hour lunch break)
• 7-hour weekend shifts Pay & Growth Opportunities We offer a tiered pay structure that rewards mastery and growth.
• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Earn up to $24/hour as you master all responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to assist patients on and off therapy tables when needed
