Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License. Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or direct client consulting. Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio and build long-term client relationships. Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Local knowledge of the Paterson area and its surrounding communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is properly protected. Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand and apply to their lives. Manage and nurture an existing book of business while identifying new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and policy updates. Coordinate with our internal team to resolve client queries quickly and effectively. Participate in local community outreach to build brand awareness for The Atlantic District.
