We provide support to help you prepare for the licensing exam and cover the exam cost. Selected candidates must obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.

• Develop new business through referrals, networking, walk-ins, internet leads, and prospecting
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct weekly outreach and maintain accurate documentation
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
• Meet sales goals and closing expectations
• Handle customer questions and assist with service-related concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Recommend additional products and services when appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
