BFirst Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle. We are looking for somebody who is motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and grow long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Sales Prospecting: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and understand BFirst Industrial's comprehensive product line and services.
• Territory Management: Effectively plan, organize, and manage your sales territory to maximize sales potential and achieve assigned targets. This includes scheduling appointments, prioritizing leads, and optimizing travel routes.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and establish strong relationships with your customer and prospect base.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

:

• Must occasionally lift, carry or move product packaged in 50lb packages.
• Must be able and willing to work in territory 4-5 days a week and keep up with required follow up record keeping expectations.
