Business Development / Outside Sales Representative Electrical Contracting Potentia Management Group LLC is seeking a motivated, self-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our electrical contracting business throughout the area. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by calling on:
• General contractors
• Remodeling contractors
• Home builders
• HOA and condominium managers
• Property management companies
• Build relationships with complementary trades, including:
• Plumbing contractors
• HVAC contractors
• Pool companies
• Gate and access control contractors
• Roofing and restoration companies
• Handyman and maintenance companies
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for estimating.
• Network at industry events and local business organizations.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
• Track sales activities and follow up on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, electrical, property management, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission
