What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads by phone, email, and text
• Build relationships and understand clients' needs
• Create and present customized cleaning proposals
• Main contact for day of service, schedule walkthroughs and follow-up quality assurance
• Track leads, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM systems
• Work with the scheduling to ensure smooth onboarding of new client families What We're Looking For
• Proven sales or account management experience (service industry a plus!).
• Someone who enjoys most of their time spent on the phone.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• A self-starter who's coachable, adaptable, and dependable.
• Someone who likes puzzles, logistics, math, and is detailed orinented
• Someone who enjoys connecting with clients and helping them find the right cleaning fit for their project.
• Able to educate clients respectfully and reset service expectations when needed. Doesn't take difficult conversations personally What You'll Get
