Overview

An Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships between D&R; and our clients. You are representing D&R; as the liaison between D&R; and the client, this role requires you to identify and address the client's needs in a timely, effective and professional manner. You are required to effectively communicate the client's needs to our internal departments to successfully produce, install and/or deliver the product in a timely manner. By completing these responsibilities, it will give the client the confidence in you and our team at D&R; and they will continue to allow us to provide our service and refer new clients.

Duties

Respond to emails from clients daily, within a 24-hour turnaround time, and identify services needed. Develop trusted relationships with your clients and internal D&R; departments. Communicate effectively and professionally with the client and internal D&R; departments. Ensure that each work order has all the pertinent information needed to produce, install or deliver the product the client needs. Review the work order checklist prior to completing orders to ensure you have all the information needed. Process and complete work orders daily. Process and complete all work orders on Wednesday's prior to 5pm to process for billing, same goes for the last day of billing for the month. Work 40 hours a week, this will vary each week depending on your workload. You must be available until 5pm Monday- Friday to answer emails and phone calls from clients/installers.

Customer Service experience with a customer focus Ability to manage multiple takes while paying attention to detail Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize competing tasks Build relationships with integrity, reliability and maturity Outlook and google maps Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
