Responsibilities

:

• Build professional relationships with customers while presenting AT&T wireless services and highlighting key features and benefits
• Engage with customers to explain service options, answer questions, and guide them through available solutions
• Provide personalized recommendations on products and services based on individual customer needs and complete sales transactions
• Inform customers about current promotions, bundled offers, and service upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity for reporting and feedback
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representativesto improve overall sales performance and customer experience Entry Level Sales Representative

Qualifications

:

• Passion for helping others in a customer-facing sales environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus
