Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for our North Milwaukee, WI area.

Responsibilities

: Develop and grow customer relationships. Provide leadership, direction and oversight to ensure growth and improved operational efficiency.

• Help develop and execute the Sales Plan for National, Regional and Local customers.
• Utilize Proprietary I.T. for Sales and Route management.
• Effectively lead local management team.
• Develop and foster teamwork, excitement and alignment with company objectives
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships
• Coach and develop Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers
• Lead continuous improvement activities
• Effectively communicate market conditions to management
• Effectively communicate performance standards to employees lbmanagement Preferred Experience:
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management in CPG/DSD
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong customer development and relationship skills
• Strong sales and operations skills Education:
• BS/BA in Business or related field (preferred)
