About the Role

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships within your assigned territory. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and consultative relationship-building to deliver tailored staffing solutions that empower local businesses to achieve their hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive territory management through direct field engagement and strategic outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings with business owners to diagnose operational challenges and staffing requirements.
• Design and propose customized talent acquisition strategies that drive measurable client success.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of client accounts to ensure consistent market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and candidate alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using modern CRM systems. Required Skills
