We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Commercial Business Development Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping businesses find professional maintenance solutions. What You'll Do

Develop new commercial business throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, HOAs, and business owners. Visit commercial properties and identify maintenance opportunities. Prepare professional estimates and proposals. Follow up on leads and close new business. Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain customer information and sales activities using Jobber CRM.
