Are you a proven automotive sales leader with a passion for used vehicles? We're looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing sales team. What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage the daily operations of the used vehicle sales department.
• Work closely with the inventory and purchasing team to maintain the right mix of vehicles.
• Monitor pricing, market trends, and inventory aging to maximize profitability.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members through ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through delivery.
• Partner with the Finance & Insurance team to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and all applicable laws and regulations. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Used Vehicle Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and gross profit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
