Job Summary

Rare Beauty Brands is growing, and we are looking for passionate driven beauty professionals to join our team supporting Kate Somerville Skin Care and Patchology. Locations : Dallas, TX - Kansas City, MO - New England, MA - Northern California - Philadelphia, PA - Baltimore, MD Join us as an Independent Contractor in the world of beauty sales! In this dynamic role, you will leverage your passion for skin care and customer service to showcase product benefits, and drive sales. The Ideal candidate is both a seller and educator who thrives in front of customers, builds strong partnerships and understands how education translates into sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging client experiences by providing personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Drive retail sales through confident storytelling, product knowledge, and service driven selling
• Support in-store events and brand activations to build awareness and increase sell through
• Educate and build strong relationships with store teams to support brand growth
• Demonstrate product usage, layering techniques, and regimen building for customers
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert advice during product demos and consultations
• Communicate effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers Skills
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record.
• Passion for skincare, including knowledge of ingredients, skin types and treatments
• Ability to educate through engaging, hands-on training
• Self motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable executing events
• Adaptable and solution oriented
• Prior experience working in prestige beauty, education or training is highly valued
• Understanding of retail sales goals Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
