Royal Oak Ink is currently hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Roseville. This is a customer-facing role focused on assisting individuals in a retail setting, providing product knowledge, and helping customers complete new account setups and service updates. We're looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and enjoys working directly with people in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer questions regarding available products, services, and current promotions
• Walk customers through new account setups step-by-step
• Assist with updating or modifying existing accounts based on customer needs
• Provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer preferences
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits in a clear, simple way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Track daily interactions and completed transactions
• Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
• Handle basic troubleshooting questions and direct customers to appropriate solutions
• Stay up to date on current offers, pricing, and service changes
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
• Support overall store flow by assisting with customer check-ins and wait times
• Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards for professionalism and service
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding customer trends or common questions
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance expectations What We're Looking For:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation is required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a retail environment
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer:
