Full description of the position

Successful family owned solar company seeking 1-2 new telemarketers to start right away. Appointment setting experience is helpful, but not required. Telephone sales experience is a BIG PLUS. (Successful experience, that is.) Your job is to talk with homeowners, spark an interest and set an appointment for our sales reps to provide a no-cost quote on solar. You're not selling anything but the appointment. It's just that simple. Base Pay = $18-$20 per hour (full time) -PLUS- $400 commission for each of your appointments that we sell. Health insurance, paid vacation and 401k with company match also provided. Additional bonuses, spiffs and contest prizes are also available.
