RATE OF PAY WILL COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE. Summary: The rental sales position is an outside sales role responsible for generating rental revenue and new rental customers. This position requires cold calling potential equipment rental customers at offices and jobsites. The role requires a gregarious personality, strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responding to rental requests and guiding customers through the Ewald Kubota rental process. Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints and rental service needs. Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude with employees and customers. Responsibility for all administrative rental activity at a given location. Assuring all documentation associated with the rental department is completed properly. Continuing in learning and knowledge of related rental products and Kubota equipment. Increasing rental revenues within an assigned territory. Having excellent communication, customer service and phone skills. Developing and maintaining relationships with purchasing contacts and potential customers. Ensuring rental equipment is clean, serviced, and displayed in an organized manner. Working the rental counter as needed. Assisting rental customers with loading and unloading equipment Washing, servicing and delivering rental equipment as needed. Maintaining company manuals, price lists and other documentation in a professional manner. Arriving on time to work and maintaining a professional appearance. Performing other duties as required by management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
