Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Support inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and inventory counts
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments
• Use strong communication skills to answer questions, provide product information, and guide customers toward purchase decisions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness, safety, and overall positive shopping environment
• Utilize bilingual skills when assisting diverse customer bases to ensure clear communication

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store operations is advantageous
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
