We are seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative to assist with servicing existing client accounts, putting new policies in place, processing policy changes, addressing inquiries with a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by handling policy inquiries, change requests, and client concerns.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and other policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on coverage options and ensure policies meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client account management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, state regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance License (Required).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent or CSR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with insurance software and technology tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
