Commercial Business Development Representative Roofing & Remodeling

Compensation

: $95,000$250,000+ per year 100% Commission Showtime Roofing & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to expand our commercial roofing and remodeling portfolio. We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional with a proven ability to develop new business, cultivate long-term partnerships, and generate opportunities within the commercial construction market. This opportunity is well suited for individuals with an established network of commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, facility managers, real estate professionals, or other industry partners.

• 25% on projects up to $250,000
• 30% on projects between $250,001$500,000
• 35% on projects over $500,000
• Estimated annual earnings of$95,000$250,000+, based on individual performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing and remodeling opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and existing business relationships.
• Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and prepare competitive proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and support a seamless transition to the production team.
• Represent Showtime Roofing & Remodeling with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Preferred Experience
• Demonstrated success in business development or outside sales within commercial roofing, construction, remodeling, restoration, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Established professional relationships within the commercial construction or property management market are highly valued.
• Proven ability to generate business through networking, referrals, and self-developed opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent sales pipeline.
