In this role, you'll work with customers to understand their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the entire sales processfrom first interaction to final delivery. Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot, online, and by phone; build rapport and identify vehicle needs
• Present and demonstrate used vehicle inventory, highlighting features, benefits, and value
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
• Structure deals, present pricing, and close sales to meet and exceed targets
• Assist customers with financing options and work alongside finance managers
• Follow up with leads, previous customers, and prospects to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor pricing
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional showroom and lot environment What We're Looking For
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and people skillsyou're comfortable talking to anyone
• Self-motivated with a drive to earn commission and hit sales goals
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and dealership software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
