Emigh Ace Outdoor Living Emigh Ace Hardware is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Outdoor Living Sales Specialist to lead sales in our Outdoor Living showroom. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of premium patio furniture and outdoor living products, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting inventory and operational processes. The ideal candidate is sales-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to train and develop other team members. Lead Sales Performance

• Drive individual and team sales results.
• Coach and develop sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Follow up on customer quotes, special orders, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and repeat customers. Deliver an Amazing Customer Experience
• Provide expert guidance on high end outdoor furniture, umbrellas, fire pits, grills and accessories.
• Ensure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Support and Develop the Team
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Assist with scheduling and daily staff management.
• Conduct product knowledge and sales training.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service and results. Store Operations & Merchandising
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
