Compensation

: $40,000$120,000+ per year (commission-based, no cap)

About the Role

Eagles Home Improvement is hiring motivated, self-driven sales representatives to join our growing door-to-door canvassing team in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Whether you're new to sales or a seasoned closer, we'll train you and back you every step of the way. What You'll Be Selling We specialize in exterior home improvement, giving you a full product lineup to pitch at every door:

• Windows & Doors
• Roofing
• Solar
• Siding & Stucco
• Painting
• Gutters & Decks More products means more conversations, more commissions, and more income streams. What We Offer
• Uncapped Commission Income The harder you work, the more you make. Most reps earn $40,000$80,000 in their first year. Top performers exceed $120,000.

• Sales experience is a plus - but not required, we train! Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
