Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in bilingual (English/Spanish) to build rapport and understand their wireless needs
• Demonstrate products and features through engaging product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities
• Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences
• Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about products, plans, or troubleshooting issues with phone etiquette and professionalism Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
• Supervising experience or leadership roles are a plus for guiding team members or managing store operations
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve diverse customers
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and customer service in a retail setting
