Sales BDC Consultant 94 Nissan of South Holland South Holland, IL Full-Time | On-site Pay: Competitive (based on experience) + performance incentives

Overview

94 Nissan of South Holland is seeking a hands-on Sales BDC Consultant to improve performance, tighten processes, and coach our team to stronger results across both departments. This is a results-driven role with a big focus on texting and chat , not just phone calls. We use VinSolutions and Edmunds Car Code and want a consultant who can build process and accountability inside those tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess current BDC workflows and implement a clear improvement plan
• Train and coach BDC reps on phone, texting (priority), and chat (priority)
• Create/update scripts, templates, and follow-up cadence for Sales and Service
• Improve speed-to-lead and contact rates across calls + text + chat
• Drive KPIs: appointment set %, show %, sold % (Sales)
• Implement accountability: KPI scorecards, audits, coaching sessions, and reporting
• Ensure CRM hygiene: correct statuses, tasks completed, notes, outcomes, and follow-up consistency
• Partner with managers to ensure standards are maintained after training ends

Requirements

(Must-Haves)

• AUTO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (BDC/CRM environment)
• Proven BDC experience (Sales, Service, or both) with measurable results
• Strong coaching/training ability and process-building mindset
• VinSolutions experience required
• Car Code / chat engagement experience required
• Texting-first approach required (templates, tone, speed, follow-through)
• Excel required (tracking, KPI reporting, basic formulas)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Some weeks may require 40+ hours based on workload Preferred
• Experience improving both Sales BDC performance in the same store
• Spanish is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,913.66 per year
