Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy helping people and are passionate about learning. Retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are even more important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
• Educate customers on hemp-derived products and answer product questions.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and store policies.
• Receive and organize inventory shipments.
• Assist with merchandising and product displays.
• Help achieve store sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable learning about hemp and wellness products.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
