• This is an on-site, part-time role in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available. If you're a people person who's great on the phone and wants a consistent part-time schedule with real earning potential and the option to grow into something more this role was built for you. We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team in Bradenton. Our appointment setters call warm, interested leads people who have already raised their hand and schedule them to meet with one of our field representatives. No cold calling. Ever. Start part-time. Grow from there. This role begins as part-time, and that works great for a lot of people. But for the right candidate, it can be a launchpad. As you demonstrate reliability and results, full-time positions and higher-level roles become available. We promote from within we'd rather grow someone we already trust. What you'll do
• Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in estate planning services.
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives using a proven, structured script.
• Bring your own personality and professionalism to every call friendly, respectful, and reassuring.
• Keep accurate notes and records in our system after each call. What we offer
• $15/hour plus weekly performance bonuses paid every week.
• Consistent part-time schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM2:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.

• You have at least 1 year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience.
• You're comfortable on the phone, build rapport easily, and can follow a script without sounding like you're reading one.
