We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client requirements, and a passion for customer service. As an Insurance Agent, you will engage in sales efforts to expand our client base while maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to assess their life insurance needs and present suitable policy options.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and identify their unique needs.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for outside sales and networking opportunities.
