We are seeking a passionate and experienced High End Retail Sales Lead or Client Advisor to join our team in Hawaii. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing our brand's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. This position is based in Honolulu and offers an exciting opportunity to connect clients with our exclusive products.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and assist customers with personalized service to enhance their shopping experience
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our products, emphasizing craftsmanship and unique features.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new collections and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.'

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-end retail sales or luxury customer service.
• Strong outgoing people skills. NO introverts.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Leadership experience in managing retail teams.
• Working aptitude to handle our POS technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
