Entry-Level Sales Representative Full-Time | Face-to-Face Sales | Paid Training Looking to build a career instead of just finding another job? We're a growing sales and marketing firm representing NRG Energy , and we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry- Level Sales Representatives. What You'll Do

• Represent NRG Energy services in a professional, customer-facing environment
• Connect with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, or sales experience is a plusbut not required
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
