Outdoor Living Consultant Armor Fence, Deck and Patio LLC is a leading outdoor living construction company serving the Northern Virginia market for over 30 years. Our services include design and installation of fences, custom decks, screened porches, patios, and walkways. We are seeking a few highly motivated for our fence and deck, porch and patio divisions in the Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, and Winchester markets.

• Sales experience preferably in the outdoor living construction industry
• Construction knowledge and home improvement experience a plus
• Personable, confident, assertive, quick study, consultative sales aptitude
• Highly organized and efficient planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively as a team member
• Ability to problem solve and handle deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Detail oriented and self-starter

Responsibilities

include but not limited to:

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Prepare proposals based upon company's price lists
• Diligent, pleasant persistent follow up with prospects with project estimates
• Diligent follow up with customers during and upon completion of projects
• Maintaining highest level of relationship sales and customer service

• Associates Degree+, or High School equivalent (Minimum)
• Sales Experience: Non-Retail B to C 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: 70% local client sites and 30% home/office Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Remote
