We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing Home Improvement team. This position focuses on door-to-door sales, connecting directly with homeowners to present our products and services, generate leads, and close sales opportunities. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting neighborhoods, building relationships with potential customers, and educating homeowners on how our home improvement solutions can add value, comfort, and efficiency to their homes.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and prospecting activities in assigned territories.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments with homeowners.
• Present and explain home improvement products and services to potential customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally in the community and in all customer interactions.

Requirements

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
