Field Canvassing Manager / Trainer by Contract for AT &T Fiber Sales | Central Florida

Compensation

: $150,000 $300,000+ annually (performance-based + overrides) Type: Contract / Project-Based (Weekly opportunities available) Location: Central Florida (On the road) Travel: Reimbursed This is not a customer service job. This is a high-performance, contract-based leadership role for closers who want to train a team, earn overrides, and scale their income fast. We are expanding AT&T Fiber across Central Florida and are looking for experienced Canvas Managers / Trainers to lead from the front by closing deals while developing junior canvassers into producers. This opportunity is project-based, with consistent weekly work available. If you're ready to step into a leadership lane, build a team, and get paid quickly for production, this is it.

What You'll Do

You'll provide hands-on, in-the-field coaching to junior canvassers, working doors together, sharpening their pitch, and turning them into closers.

• Lead from the front: knock doors and close deals daily\
• Train and mentor junior canvassers in real time (ride-alongs, live coaching
• Build team camaraderie and a high-performance culture
• Earn overrides on team production in addition to your own sales
