Position

Overview

Beam-Lite Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen relationships with independent sales representatives, electrical distributors, contractors, and end users throughout the Central United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and growing the Beam-Lite brand. This position requires regular travel throughout Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Some overnight travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies within assigned territory.
• Manage and support independent manufacturer's representatives.
• Identify and develop new electrical distributor relationships.
• Conduct joint sales calls with representatives and distributors.
• Promote Beam-Lite LED lighting products to contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
• Generate new project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Provide product training and support to distributors and sales representatives.
• Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly activity reports.
• Collaborate with management on pricing, product development, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of business development.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, industrial, or distribution sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
