Position Summary

Crown Trophy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and increase sales through proactive prospecting, cold calling, marketing, networking, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-directed, and comfortable generating new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with businesses, schools, sports organizations, corporate clients, and community groups to promote our awards, trophies, plaques, promotional products, and recognition solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Generate leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales appointments and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, sports leagues, nonprofits, corporations, and local organizations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Marketing & Lead Generation
• Execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Promote products and services through email campaigns, social media outreach, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, business expos, and community events.
• Collaborate with management on sales and marketing strategies.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and customer inquiries promptly. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. QualificationsRequired
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person sales visits.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Preferred
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, promotional products, awards, trophies, or related industries.
• Established business network within the local market.
