Overview

: As a Roof Sales Representative at Captiva Roofing, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and promoting our roofing services to potential clients. This is a commission-only position, and we are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated individual to expand our client base and contribute to the growth of the company. Sales manager will set you up with appointments and will be along side you and help along the way.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and engage potential roofing clients through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide clients with professional recommendations for their roofing needs.
• Present and explain the advantages of our roofing services, materials, and solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare accurate and detailed roofing estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission-based goals.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in roof sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Must have a vehicle
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

: This position is commission-only, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers. You will earn a competitive commission based on your sales achievements. Most good Sales Man make good commission's in the first 2 months.
