Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Desk Manager to join our leadership team. This is a strong opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands how to manage a busy sales desk, coach a sales team, maximize gross profit, and work successfully with customers across all credit levels. Experience with secondary and subprime finance is required. We are prepared to offer a highly competitive signing bonus to an experienced desk manager who can step in, lead the sales floor, structure deals effectively, and help drive both volume and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily sales desk operations.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively with prime, secondary, and subprime finance customers.
• Support lender relationships and help secure approvals.
• Assist salespeople with negotiations and closing customers.
• Maintain accountability throughout the sales department.
• Ensure a professional and efficient customer experience.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and dealership leadership. Skills
• Previous automotive sales desk management experience required.
• Strong secondary and subprime finance experience required.
• Proven ability to structure and close deals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs.
• Demonstrated success driving volume and gross profit.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
