You'll manage an established service route while helping grow your territory through customer referrals, additional service recommendations, neighborhood canvassing, and lead generation. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled residential and commercial pest control services.
• Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity.

PART-TIME TERRITORY ROUTE MANAGER Experienced Pest Control Technician Are you an experienced pest management professional or retired technician looking to continue doing what you enjoy without working a full-time schedule? We're seeking an experienced technician interested in working approximately three days per week while enjoying the flexibility of a smaller, family- owned company.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control services.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Generate referrals and neighborhood leads.
• Maintain service documentation.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

• Production pay plus sales commissions.
• Average earnings equivalent of approximately $2226 per hour or more based on productivity and performance.

• Average performers: $75,000$90,000 annually.

• Willing to train the right individual. Part-Time Territory Route Manager Required:
• Extensive prior pest control experience.

• Ideal for experienced or retired pest management professionals. Outside Sales Representative Required:
