Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service
• Identify client needs by analyzing their insurance portfolios and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Manage new business development through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales activities
• Negotiate policy terms, coverage limits, and pricing to meet client needs while achieving sales goals
• Process sales administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and policy updates
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and enhance client engagement strategies
• Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, processing claims, and managing benefits administration as needed Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Ability to analyze client data and insurance policies to recommend optimal solutions
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and data security in insurance practices
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that fosters trust and loyalty
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Experience in benefits administration or benefits consulting is a plus
