Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Supervisor to lead and manage our insulation techs. As well using your sales skills to bring in new clients and grow with the company. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and supervise a dedicated team. Your leadership will help maintain a pristine environment that meets the highest standards of safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your management skills while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace. Salary based off experience plus commission, company cell phone, gas card, and company truck. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across various facilities, and environments
• Lead and motivate a team , providing clear instructions and ongoing support to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, installation guidelines, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor production levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Bring in new clients
• Check jobs for compliance of builders needs and codes
• Train staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
• Collaborate with management to develop schedules, set performance goals, and improve overall operational efficiency Skills
• Proven experience in construction environment with insulation expertise a plus
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills with a track record of effective leadership
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear managerial directives and foster team collaboration
• Knowledge of building standards, safety regulations, and management practices
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs professionally and promptly
